From mobile apps to web applications and enterprise platforms, I consistently deliver experiences that solve real customer problems.
My solutions are derived through validated experiments and well-practiced methods and process that focuses on asking the right questions. I also look for ways to invent new tools, and new methodologies, and maintain an intense focus on solving for the customer, which always then benefits the business.
My process has evolved from my experience across multiple disciplines. What has emerged is a mix of Lean UX and Agile Methodology. The details of this process are informed by the work of the Stanford D School, NN/Group, GV Sprint (See Project: Designing for Multimodal devices), and Adaptive Path.
